There aren’t many ‘lazy days’ when you have a three year old. As much as I love nothing else than cosy pj days in my home watching films with cosy blankets and chocolates, a three year old def isn’t good company and it’s the quickest cabin fever experience you will have.
April is my world. I miss her when she sleeps. But the same games over and over and over again (at this age especially) is a tad boring so my lazy days become nothing days. Which is make up with spending hours outside the house doing stuff but nothing too over the top and places where there is less people makes it better lol.
So we had a play date with a friend at a small little cafe. Even luckier that it had a super tiny soft play and no one else there
Good hour and a half spent . Next up. Ice cream parlour (who can say no to ice cream ).
Great another hour and a half spent. We are out , spending time together and not stuck up in house but yet doing very little and hoodie dress code accepted.
Final part of day is going to friends house and letting kids play as I sit chilling on the sofa with my friend. Not too bad. April had fun (therefore less mum guilt). Total spent was £9. And I feel like I had a pretty chilled out day. Awesome.
Now where is the wine 😘
